Opscode Chef would be perfect for setting up YubiRADIUS servers.
You could even use chef solo to build the virtual appliance images.

Chef says "Rule the cloud" and yubikeys are your "key to the cloud" they go together like peanut butter and chocolate.

It would be great if Yubico wrote a chef cookbook for creating YubiRADIUS servers.
