My NEO did not have the app on it. Installed, works fine.

Yubico Authenticator does not work with it though. Is it because of the hardware or there need to be some configuration steps taken before it starts working?
Error reads:
Yubico Authenticator functionality not available on device!
Is it referring to my NEO or my phone?

Phone is Moto X Style/Pure (XT1572) and works with LastPass with NEO flawlessly.
