I've currently stored 11 credentials.

I asked the support 1,5 years ago and was told:

Quote:

I believe the number of credentials you can store in YubiOATH is somewhere around 1,000, so I doubt you'll ever reach the max. Hi,

beside other things, i'm using my Yubikey NEO as alternative for Google Autheniticator. Basically it works fine, but i'm not able to add more than exactly 10 credentials. I tested to do so under windows, linux and with the android app. If I try to add another credential I get the success message, but the new credential do not appear in the list. If I remove one of the credentials, I can add another, so it is not a problem with one of the services.

According to the official Yubico Authenticator User's Guide, Yubikey NEO is able to "store up to 28 OATH credentials".

So, do anybody has any idea what's the problem?
Is the number of credentials depending on settings or number of used slots or something like that?

Thanks,

Andy
Statistics: Posted by andyfleig — Tue Jan 10, 2017 9:19 pm
