I would like to setup a SSH two factor by using yubikey neo, all server (ubuntu 14) will be running in private network ,

I would like to ask what i have to setup?

1) the KSM
2) the VAL
3) config the pam of ssh server

In fact , I have already setup a KSM , It can log the error message , but nothing to show when the otp is correct.
