You have to use the Yubico Authenticator, the TOTPhelper is for the Yubikey Standard.

Hi,

I am trying to set up Gmail with my new Yubikey neo.
I have followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDxJCkx7N4E, but I have come across an issue.
I launch Yubikey TOTP generator, selected "Use config 2" (which I configured using Yubikey personalization tool as described in the link above) and click "Check".
I then get a dialog stating "No Yubikey present".

I have tested the Yubikey here https://demo.yubico.com/start/otp/neo and it works well. I have also tried running Yubikey TOTP generator as administrator, but that did not help either.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
