No, per the documentation. Microsoft accounts not supported - we don't control the 2FA methods allowed by Microsoft on Cloud accounts.

I have a Windows 10 device using my Microsoft Cloud credentials to login to my Windows 10 device.

The YubiKey documentation for Windows clearly states to use a local account. Is there away to use the YubiKey with my Microsoft Cloud account, thereby not having to re-set my Windows 10 device?
