Just posting a comment to share my disappointment. I'm keeping my hopes up though.
By providing a MS Base CSP minidriver for the Neo, Yubico would have an edge on the competition.

Without a minidriver, I will not be able to provision and manage the Neo as a smart card token in FIM CM.

Someone please prove me wrong...

Hello

There was a thread one year ago concerning enrollment of certificates through a windows smart card minidriver, as the base minidriver is read-only. At the time it seems there was no plan to develop one.

One year later, is there any plan to provide a read/write smart card minidriver for the PIV applet ? Or is anybody aware of a third party initiative to provide one ?
