PHP notice during OTP test on YubiRadius

After some configuration trouble I finaly got our Yubiradius server working.
The RadTest, under troubleshooting works perfect, but the OTP test throws a PHP notice :

PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 5 in /usr/share/webmin/yubico-RoP/validate_otp.php on line 8

Authentication then fails :

Error message: Could not parse Yubikey OTP

I think thats strange given that the full RadTest works without any problems, any idea's whats going on ?

btw, the new on premise Radius server configuration manual, dated 7 November 2011 is not complete.
It is missing some paragraphs from 4.2. (ie 4.2.2 is missing etc)
Statistics: Posted by hvbuel — Fri Nov 11, 2011 9:31 am
