I think I've got it. I configured the yubikey's using the instructions for the Windows Logon. I then used the keys with Password Safe without using the Password Safe tool and it accepted both keys as they were configured. Cool.

I am trying to use my yubikey(s) with a couple different programs, one is my Windows Logon, the other is Password Safe. It seems that they both are configured to use slot 2 and both seem to generate their own secret key.

If there doesn't seem to be a way to force them to accept a secret key already written to the yubikey, or to read/write to a different slot am I forced to purchase different yubikey's for each program?

Or maybe I'm not doing something correctly.
