Unable to write NDEF settings

Hi, I am unable to write to slot 1 and slot 2. I have my access code yet when I try to write my NDEF settings I get the standard error message about yubikey could not be configured. perhaps protected etc.

I tried removing my access code and it still won't write NDEF settings (everything else ok). Anyone else have this problem?

I have a neo firmware v3.4.0
