Yes you were right, after upgrading the tool it's gone. Thank you!
Statistics: Posted by owl — Thu Jan 28, 2016 1:11 pm

Most probably you are running an old version of the software.

Please always update the software first.
Statistics: Posted by Tom2 — Thu Jan 28, 2016 11:56 am

Hello,

I'm testing Yubikey NEO 3.4.3 under OS X 10.11.3. When I open Personalization tool I get "Unknown firmware" red string in the application window. However the key works just fine, at list the functions I use. They are: slot 1 factory default, static password on slot 2, OpenPGP Applet. All applets are installed, connection mode is set to OPT+U2F+CCID.

Why Personalization tool gives the error message? Should I care?
Thanks!
Statistics: Posted by owl — Wed Jan 27, 2016 2:03 pm
