I will try and explain it better;

We are using our Yubico as a hosted services and it links with many Windows domain controllers in different domains. The old Yubico server is no good as it won't upgrade for some reason so what I have done is I have downloaded the latest 3.5.4 Yubico VMWare VM and want to move the user token accounts from the old yubico server to the new 3.5.4 server.

The only thing I can think of is to try and sync them, which is the first thing I plan to try.
Statistics: Posted by HardKnoX — Mon Dec 10, 2012 8:22 pm

I am not really sure about your problem.

If you have LDAP you can just export the users in the new schema...

Else, if you cannot access your old database you can use YubiRadius auto deployment feature:

7.2 Auto-deployment
Using the Auto-Deployment feature you don’t have to worry about any manual steps in
assigning a YubiKey to a user. Instead the user is automatically assigning the YubiKey to
his/her user id at first use. No administrator or helpdesk person needed to be involved in the
process (unless you want them to).
YubiRADIUS auto deployment feature will automatically tie a YubiKey to valid user the first
time the key is used and the user name and password portion is successfully authenticated
by AD or LDAP.
Statistics: Posted by Tom — Mon Dec 10, 2012 8:28 am

Hi All;

I'm hoping somebody can help me with some information on how to do the following;

We had a problem with the in-place upgrade to the Yubico 3.5.4 so I have been asked to rebuild our Yubico radius server using the latest VMWare Virtual Machine.

Is there a way to transfer the existing token accounts without manually re-adding them one by one by hand?

Thanks in advance.
Statistics: Posted by HardKnoX — Sun Dec 09, 2012 11:43 pm
