I had the same issue too. It confused me quite a bit. I mean there is a save button, logically you would assume that it would "save" the settings to the Yubikey. I tried to do this to my free Mt.Gox pre-configred (and protected) Yubikey with no success. Then when I got my own Yubikey it took me many times of messing with it to connect the dots between configuring a slot with the settings being applied.

Have you reprogrammed the key completely? Because you can't make changes to an already configured yubikey, you have to reconfigure it completely and then upload the AES to yubicos server (unless you use your own servers)

Hey folks,

I recently got my Yubikey and everything is working great. However, I wanted to disable the automatic output of the return key just to have a little more control on my end.

I deselected the "Enter" box in the "Output format" settings and I saved the change. Unfortunately, it still outputs an enter key regardless. Removing and reinserting the Yubikey shows that the personalization tool does not reset the setting to default, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work.

How do I fix this?
