Yubico Authenticator (v.2.3.0) on my PC is working just fine. I think you were doing it wrong. Why try make it work on slot 2? You don't have to...just make sure to enable CCID mode on your Neo to be able to activate the YubiOATH applet that Yubico Authenticator uses.

Download and install Neo Manager v.1.4 so you can enable CCID mode.

Hi

I just got two Yubikey NEOs today but I am struggling to configure them even after reading a lot of articles on Google and the Yubikey site.

I am trying to make the 2nd slot work with Yubikey Authenticator, I have it working so far on my phone but the windows app keeps saying 'Touch your Yubikey now' and when I do or do a long hold, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Any ideas?
