See screenshot,

configure slot 1, and upload to yubico. You will have working credentials again working with YubiCloud. Just they will start with VV instead of CC.

1) I think as well. Is my yubikey broken? I think I can use all the functions on it. Is it bad if Slot1's factory settings has been deleted?

1) Looks like your configuration on slot 1 was wiped out using the "delete" function of the personalization tool.
2) version 3.3 or above or Security Key by Yubico for just U2F Support only
3) what do you mean by unlocking? The screen? No, it cannot be used in that way as the API for Android does not allow for that

I have configured the slot 2 to get on the forum.
I have not been "Slot 2 configured" before.
