I try to use HOTPwith a ubikey 2.2.3

I configure HOTP in the windows App in the OATH HOTP menu on slot 2. 8 digits, the key is
the test key of RFC 4226 (0x3132333435363738393031323334353637383930).

As stated in the RFC4226 a typical HOTP code should look like this : 755224
Instead we get : &é"'(-è_çà

It seems that the HOTP is formatted in a specific way. Where is this defined ?

What keyboard layout are you using? If possible, could you please try it with US English QWERTY keyboard layout and check?
